probated 1799. Possible grandson of John and Mary Boyd. This generation and
family was researched by Myrna Boyd Williams.
Joseph Boyd and his descendants are documented in a hand written paper titled
"Annuls of Boyd Family". There, he is said to be of Irish decent.

1768.
According to the Annals of Boyd Family, he had one son, Hersey, and lived

According to E. Berkshire, a Benjamen Boyd married Rebecca Duvall on 21 Dec

Sally BOYD33 was born
about 1772. E. Berkshire notes that she was engaged but died
before being married.
Annals of Boyd Family state also that both Sallie and Betsy were never married,
but were engaged at the time of their deaths.

Betsy BOYD was born about 1774. As with Sallee, E. Berkshire
mentioned that Besty was engaged but passed away before marriage.-Tim Brown.
Annals of Boyd Family also confirm this.

BOYD was born on Apr 10, 1775.34
E. Berkshire writes: "I understand that she and her first husband,
Joseph Owens eloped, so there is no record of their marriage in the Brumbaugh
records. Her second husband was Hezekiah Harrington. I have no information on
Rachel's four oldest children: George, Eleanor, Benjamen, and William. Mathilda
Owens, the youngest child, married Sylvester Harrington and lived in Newark,
Ohio."
According to the Annals of Boyd Family, "They eloped and Sallie(sic)
Duval who afterwards became her stepmother, helped get her clothes and sidesaddle

BOYD was born on Apr 10, 1781. May have married Jemima Ingleheart

According to the Annals of Boyd Family, they moved to Kentucky and then to
Ohio. They had three sons: Washington, Middleton, and Singleton. |
