Figure out how to set it up single handed.
Straighten the mast base plate. Its bent a little.
Remove the cushions & porta-potti and clean every nook and cranny. (started Oct. 24)
Fix headliner in cabin (glue it to ceiling)
Check out the lights and wiring. started Nov. 30, 2009
Remount the engine bracket
Recaulk & tighten lower rudder gudeon
Re-install lock hasp on port cockpit seat.

Teak for seat reinforcement strips & floor rail for fuel compartment. (used my own white ash).

Starboard for hatch modeling (done)
Cotter rings for stay and shroud pins. (done)
Finish for rudder & hatch cover boards (puchased Dec 30)
Rubber mat for under fuel tank

Fix the trailer lights (definitely get some LED lights) (ordered from Walmart for store delivery 8/21) (done!)
Get a trailer tongue jack (while I can lift this thing, that's for the birds!) (done)
Fix engine (journal)
- get a fuel hose (it didn't come with one - ordered from Walmart for deliver 8/21)
- get it running
- get seal for cover
- check out lower unit.. seemed like there is no lube and the gears are sloppy (worrying about that).
Replace teak strips under cockpit seats & floor strip in front of fuel tank compartment. (done)
Build engine stand (done)
Paint or varnish lower half of rudder. Done March 19,. 2010
Straighten the rudder lower pintle pin - its bent probably from when the rudder broke (done)
Replace knot meter with depth meter. (installed cap over hole in bulkhead - March 18, 2010)
Refinish the companionway slats. started Oct 24 completed March 17, 2010
Fix compass and knot meter glass (de-fog it). started Nov 28, 2009 installed Mar 17, 2010
